Seawater Desalination Equipment (SWRO)
SWRO seawater desalination plants with SS316/duplex stainless steel. Containerized, skid-mounted for islands, coasts, ships and emergency supply; capacity customized.
■ Overview
The seawater desalination equipment uses SWRO reverse osmosis technology: seawater (or high-salinity brackish water) is pretreated and then desalted by high-pressure reverse osmosis to produce usable fresh water. For high-salinity, highly corrosive seawater, Beijing Wanyiyuan uses SS316, FRP and duplex stainless steel for core components, with a containerized/skid-mounted modular design for fast installation and transport.
■ Process flow
Feed (seawater) → intake/pretreatment (multimedia + cartridge filtration) → high-pressure pump → RO desalination → post-treatment (remineralization/disinfection/pH adjustment) → fresh water
■ Features
1. Proven RO process with high rejection and stable operation
2. Key parts in SS316 and duplex stainless steel, resistant to seawater corrosion
3. Containerized/skid-mounted; small footprint, fast setup, easy transport
4. Highly integrated, plug-and-play for rapid water supply
5. Automatic operation with remote monitoring for easy O&M
6. Capacity customized per project with flexible solutions
■ Applications
Island residents and garrisons, coastal industry/power plants, ships and offshore platforms, emergency/temporary water supply, and brackish-water desalination.
■ Service
Design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and O&M training; turnkey seawater desalination engineering.
